The devices work well and helped me find one of my cats who went too far from home when first let out after our house move. He looked shocked and happy when I pulled up and he ran up to me. One glitch on the app - whilst you can remote switch off the device, you cannot turn it on via the app. Unfortunately this led to one of cats going out and losing the device whilst off. Customer service were excellent however and new device sent out and added to account. Very interesting and a little nervy watching where they roam! More...

Really pleased with the tracker! Really reassuring to see where our little adventuring cat goes - after going missing and for long periods we wanted to keep an eye on him. We did get off to a rocky start with potentially a faulty tracker, but after speaking with Lisa and Safia, we were given a replacement and all the issues sorted out. Couldn’t praise Lisa and Safia enough they have been absolutely fantastic throughout (and hilarious 😉) - wouldn’t be without it now! It’s lightweight, a good size, love it. More...

STEER CLEAR!!! Completely useless in my area due to edge of village location and coverage. Company have refused refund and cancellation of monthly subscription. Tracking tags arrived today and they are really good 👍 😁 Thanks for the fast delivery 🚚 Tracking is faster and much more reliable than another cat tracking brand system I have tried. These even track when in the house when other tracking brand couldn’t get a signal. It’s wider than the other collar system I have tried but my petit little girl is not bothered about the tag under her chin. Love that I can use our own reflective collars with engraved name etc Well worth the cheaper price and lower subscription charge 👍 Highly recommended More...

This is a great little tracker, smaller than any other I could find, which is ideal when your cat isn't huge. Our cat is not bothered whatsoever by having the tracker on her collar, and it gives us the chance to find where she is at any time of day. Occasionally there is "no signal", probably not helped by the fact we live remotely, but this is usually resolved within ten minutes or so. The satellite view in the app works best and shows us an excellent detailed view of where our cat is. Customer service is spot on - emails are replied to very quickly. More...
