What do you love most about your job?
The versatility of jobs and people that you encounter, in which you couldn't in most other industries. You have the opportunity to work at live events such as sports or concerts, meeting a wide range of people where two jobs are never the same. On top of this we receive a job satisfaction from being able to accommodate and protect people whilst they get to enjoy themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For the long-term goal of wanting to make a decent living in this industry we decided that the best option would be to start our own business. From here we can then use our experience, knowledge and passion to provide the best service that we know people expect and need.
Why should our clients choose you?
We understand that each client has very unique needs, which means creating a completely personalised and tailored service to every individual client. We have a strong management and operations team that work both on the field with operatives at venues as well as an operations controller from our office. This allows us to provide immediate and efficient communication across any and all shifts. Being flexible and adaptable is also key as situations can vary and change constantly is important for effective security.
