Services

We will inspect, test and certify all your portable appliances, as covered by the Institute of Electrical Engineers Code of Practice, and provide advice as to their condition and safety.

A written report, together with a test certificate will be provided as evidence that your portable appliances have had a combined inspection and electrical safety test.

We also provide microwave leakage testing to complement our portable appliance testing.
Microwave leakage testing ensures that the levels of radiation do not exceed British Standard levels.

As a part of our service we will also replace any damaged plugs or fuses and rewire faulty plugs for FREE!!

S - 5 Tests - £35 and £1.50 per item over.
M - 20 Tests - £50 and £1.20 per item over.
L - 50 Tests - £80 and 99p per item over.

Our inventories are highly detailed reports on what is in the property and its condition.

A time will be set for the keys to be collected from the tenant or owner with time for a full inventory to be compiled so the keys may be returned to the respective party.

A time will be set for the keys of the property to be collected with enough time for an inspection to be completed just before your tenants are checked in and keys handed over.

A time will be organised to meet with the tenant to pick up the keys so that an inspection can be completed and keys returned to owner.

Inspections are usually carried out every 3 months to give the property owner the peace of mind that the tenant is keep their property in good condition. They also make the owner aware of any issues that could potentially worsen if left untreated.

The inspection is not entirely invasive (we will not be checking inside cupboards and washing machines) as the tenant will still be present however any damage seen will be photographed and recorded.

Tenants MUST be given 48 hours notice for an inspection.
