In response to Martin McNally's review, we would like to clairfy, that he was offered a new door in relation to the low threshold error. However it was Mr McNally's descision that he would rather receive compensation than have a new back door, for which we were happy to oblige. We had already completed a Upvc front and back door prior to this, to which Mr McNally was extremely please. We asked Mr McNally, was he happy with our work before he paid the final balance, to which he said yes and agreed to transfer the remaining balance, so naturally we find that review disappointing.
