What’s your interior design process?
1. Initial chat to discuss the needs of the client and what they need help with.
2. Provide a quote for services.
3. Book and exchange contracts; pay a deposit and book in the consultation.
4. Detailed consultation with the client, finding out everything about personal preferences, likes, dislikes, use of space, wish list - everything I need to know to start the design.
5. Design process starts and communicated at different stages.
6. The design is approved and scope of works prepared for trades.
7. Procurement for all goods and services can also begin.
8. Installation for all goods can happen when works are complete. The space will be made photo ready, just as it was intended in the design.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I can cater for most styles, it's more about what the client wants rather than imposing my own style onto them. I have created many different designs with different influences so far.
What do you love most about your job?
Satisfied clients and also the surprise they get when I have totally. understood their tastes and what they wanted, even when they didn't know themselves at the start.
I love doing all the things most people hate, such as shopping for sofas, and all the other little finishing touches that make a design, and often the part that some people just don't have the eye for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because life is just too short not to do something you love. If you do a job you love you will never work another day in your life. I was lucky to have another career before this where I saw the world and was inspired by lots of different things, especially good hotel interiors :)
Why should our clients choose you?
I really listen and understand my clients. I build up a really good rapport and take time to figure out what they like and want. If a client doesn't know what they want or like, then I have ways to figure that out to ensure I give them a design they love. I will never impose my own tastes onto a client, unless of course, they like them and that's why they hired me.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Online for clients not within my area. I live in Swansea, South Wales, and can travel within reason to visit a client in their home. However, I offer an online package which means I can offer my services across the UK and beyond (some countries may have different suppliers so outside the UK is on a case by case basis)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Moving to online even for locals. If I am visiting a client I always ask about their situation before I visit and will wear a mask on request.
Holiday Homes
I offer a full design-to-market package, including coordinating trades if you don't live in the area. I will hand back the keys with the property ready to be marketed and includes full set of professional photographs.

Full design package includes consultation, site visits, design visuals, samples, sourcing of goods, procurement, coordinating/arranging trades, installation.
