My stair carpet and rug were heavily stained from our lovely new puppy, desperately in need of a deep clean. I would highly recommend this company. They offered a professional approach from start to finish. Excellent level of communication, with an almost instant response rate. The job was carried out in a very professional manner, by very polite & easily approachable guys that interacted well with myself providing a discussion of exactly what was included within the quote, and subsequently what was to be executed. The two cleaners turned up on time, did the job in the 90 minutes quoted and for a slightly discounted price. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their services. These guys are AMAZING!! they have a special machine, very powerful that use a special detergent and hot temperature to suck out all the dirt in your carpet. my carpet looked dead after a tenant was living in the house and never cleaned it. My carpets were very stained and worn and quite frankly no amount of vacuuming could help with the smell, they really needed a deep clean. I cannot fault S Line, a lovely couple, professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable about what was safe for the dog. Carpets were cleaned within an hour and look and smell brand new. This company is totally different level they are from different world. The service is always amazing, they are so quick and do an amazing job every time. The previous company cleaned my sofas over 2.5 hours and they did'n looks so good. Krasi cleaned my sofas couple of months ago and did absolutely brilliant job for less than an hour.
