Had a skylight leaking all around and it was getting worse in the recent wet weather spell. Mark responded same day, visited within 48hrs, explained what was wrong and advised on lead replacement for durability (rather than flashing). After viewing, gave me a reasonable price on the spot and we scheduled the job for the next week (at a time that suited me too). Arrived prompt on the day and it was all done in under 2 hours and well tested the following day's weather (looking great so far!). He communicated promptly throughout the whole process and sent on estimate before and final receipt as promised. Both he and his colleague were a pleasure to deal with! Will be seeing them again shortly for some less urgent maintenance and a gutter clean, have already recommended to my neighbours for their similar issue. Great job, thanks Mark! More...
