I was a little nervous to start with as I did no exercise and decided to throw myself into it with 3 sessions a week! Redha is brilliant, he made me feel at ease and explained everything to me as we went along. I can tell he pushes me each session, but not so much I want to stop or it would break me! Just the right amount to continue to make gains. I’ve seen massive changes in just 3 weeks! He’s a message away should I need anything, supports and challenges me within sessions and has provided me with a diet plan that he’s adapted to suit my needs. This firstly starts with a consultation, finding out what my clients fitness goals are, a fitness test to see where we are and then setting goals to where the client wants to get. I then build the programme around this information.
I push my clients hard during there varied workouts, its important to keep the workouts interesting, to challenge body and mind. I provide a comprehensive nutrition plan and am available for WhattsApp support to offer advice and encouragement.

The right kind of exercise for you and nutrition. More importantly than getting the body of your dreams is you feeling great.

The interaction with my clients, pushing them hard, then them seeing and feeling the results for themselves and the sense of achievement they feel.
