They’re the first to contact us. Very professional and responded quickly with emails and messages.
We enjoyed working with Martin and Dean, they are very organised, easy to talk with and very experienced.
We had fun during the shoot and everything went so smoothly. They understand what we wanted.

I cannot praise these two wonderful people enough. I am a total novice when it comes to business and have taken on a big challenge this year by launching a luxury adult boutique.
I needed images that reflect the brand and that is exactly what I got from Martin & Dean.
Since this is my first business venture I was unsure about how to write a shoot list and also how to arrange the products etc. These two were very understanding and helped me through every step of the process, even when I sent rambling emais that did not make much sense, they still managed to smash the shoot and got what was in my head into the photos.
I enjoyed the shoot immensely as they make it fun and also live in the most beautiful home so you know immediately they have a keen eye for detail and how to make objects look fabulous.
These images were the final piece to my website puzzle and honestly I am so thankful. So much so, that I am booking another shoot for the near future. One where we can get more creative, which I am buzzing about.

This is an update to my previous review that - in retrospect - I made too eagerly.
Less than 48 hours before our confirmed shoot date, Ryan & Robert cancelled on us!
Their reason? Being 'overstretched'. Not even a courtesy phone call. Just a rambling email of excuses. We even tried to engage them in a telephone conversation to get clarity. No-go. They would not answer our call or call us back preferring instead to (once again) hide behind an email (with more personal excuses)
Very unprofessional and clearly unreliable.
With so many other photographers out there to choose from, I think we probably dodged a bullet.

We are disappointed by this review for a number of reasons. First and foremost, it is not a true reflection of events. To address the comments in sequence; We have been speaking to Asia for the last month and have exchanged 85 emails for what was our lowest paid photo shoot on Bark. However, regardless of the rate that was agreed, each and every client interaction is responded to with the exact same priority. So much so, that Asia left a 5 star review on Bark complementing our communication and professionalism. Thankfully, we have been extremely busy lately, and in our desire to accommodate the tight deadlines our clients face, on this occasion we committed to more photo shoots than we were able to handle. We strive for excellence and would not be okay with compromising the quality we deliver. We realised yesterday that we were somewhat overwhelmed and needed to be honest and reach out to a small number of clients to explain the situation. In life and in business we always believe that honesty is the very best policy. Not wanting to attribute the situation to anything other than this, communicated the situation and took responsibility for the error we’d made. Everyone completely understood, apart from Asia. In this particular instance we offered an alternative shoot date being five days later and offered assurance of our commitment. This was communicated via email as this was the only way we have ever spoken. It is worth noting that this photo shoot was scheduled for two weeks prior however, Asia found herself in a position where she needed to cancel the shoot two days before (which was communicated via email), to which we fully accepted and understood. Upon advising Asia of our situation we firstly received a voicemail from someone who was not part of our communication, calling us unprofessional and aggressively insisting we call them back immediately. We then received an email from Asia which mirrored the same tone. It was at this point at that we quickly decided Asia was best to find a new team to work with. We are an established business and thankfully in the position to not accept this bullish behaviour. Should you choose to work with us, you will not only be guaranteed of premium photos, professionalism, and reliability but most importantly honesty. To which all other reviews attest to.

I highly recommend Martin and Dean for product photography. Our brand is all about organic teas & sustainability which they really set the mood for in terms of the style of photography we were looking for. They exceeded our expectations and used the props we provided in such an artistic and elegant way. Our final photos really show the character of our brand, from the colours to the lighting used.
