I am glad to have her referred as a dietician just before my leg injury. She knows how to deal personally and physically your body. The menu she gave me really helped me to keep balanced myself during 6 weeks rest. And every time she told me what I should eat or not eat with together. I was amazed with myself how I did mistakes putting things together without knowing their nutritions right before even I thought I ate less.
