About

I am Ruth, a counsellor fully qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a member of COSCA, counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland. I specialise in bereavement, anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem and depression.

I am available for online and face-to-face therapy; I am very flexible with appointments and can accept clients from anywhere in the UK. In an ever-changing world, we must look after our well-being; taking that first step can be difficult. I work with my clients and use an integrative approach to tailor treatment to their needs to achieve their goals.
