HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Amazing place! Everyone in rusty nail bar is lovely and kind! All very professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve had an amazing carbon facial by Jane which was lovely and relaxing. My skin feels amazing and I honestly feel like I’ve just had a full body massage I’m that relaxed. Abbie does my hair and is a lovely girl, very professional and I got exactly what I asked for. I will continue to use rusty nail bar and have already rebooked for my hair and facial!! I just had my first ever tattoo at the age of 54. All the team at the Rusty Nail Bar were very friendly, helpful and put me at ease . I travelled up from Bristol as was recommended, I would like to thank Laura for the most beautiful butterfly tattoo in memory of my Westie, Pete for his kind hospitality, Jane for the friendly chat during my tattoo and Mellisa for answering all my emails promptly. You all put me at ease and made me, my husband and daughter feel very welcome. I changed my mind several times and not once did anyone get impatient with me. Just had my ears pierced and she triple checks everything: what type of earrings you want (ordering special ones in for me), exactly where you want them, and is very clear on the after care. I had a smiley peircing done by jane yesterday. Had a wonderful experience. Jane was so lovely and made me feel really relaxed. Her room was clean but cosy. The whole place had a lovely feel and the man at reception was very welcoming and the lovely i spoke to for advice on what peircing to get.

I'm stuck for words on how to describe how amazing rustys and it's team really is! Myself and my sister had piercings done today and both beautifully done! I had my children with me ( both waited in cafe room with myself or sister). But my youngest who has autism had a melt down ( unaware and unfamiliar of the surroundings). Instead of judging and the negative looks that I have become familiar with I got total understanding and with the help of the team ( and food lol) he was settled and enjoyed the cafe room, it meant a lot to me personally knowing that my son and myself (anxiety) were not only understood but respected! And was welcomed back to help my son get used to the settings and feel comfortable in future hair cuts ( major trigger!). As soon as you set foot in this place you do not feel like just a customer, more like a friend! Can not wait to go back! Xx More...

I went in to have a daith piercing on Saturday and I was a little nervous. The lovely Jane put me at ease with her friendly chatter. Today I had a tattoo done by Laura, the first I’ve had done by her and I literally could not be happier, I absolutely love it �� Already planning on how to expand on it and have my whole leg done ! ! What an absolutely fabulous place. I started going a few months ago just to get my nails done. They were so perfectly done! I went back and got my lashes done and they were gorgeous! And then today I went and got my first tattoo. Jodi, the tattoo artist was amazing. I was really worried and she helped to calm my nerves. The tattoo is exactly what I wanted and has completed my dream of 3 years. Couldn't give these guys any better reviews. Great place! 100% recommend. More...
