Roofing Installation or Replacement
Beware of employing this company. I had hoped to write a good review as initially I agreed with the other reviewer, they did appear professional, they were reliable at the beginning and they were friendly and very respectful. Unfortunately, they talk a good job but they don't deliver. They were employed to replace slate tiles, install new soffits and guttering and mend the chimneys. For the first three days they turned up, did the job, had a good work ethic and overall they seemed to know what they were doing. There was however a lot of snagging and after being met by a stony silence from them I had the job assessed by an experienced roofing company and it would appear the job was overpriced, the guttering has not been installed properly, it has already started to leak, and they have not completed the work on the chimneys as promised. The list is endless. I will now need to employ another company to do the job properly. Please don't be fooled by the friendly manner and the impression that they are experienced at this type of work. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As most of our work is carried out on the outside of the property, there is no need for any close contact with customers. We also keep our distance and wear facecoverings any time we come into contact with the public.
