James and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. James visited my property the day after I contacted them, inspected my roof very thoroughly and gave me a paper quote. When the works commenced on the agreed date, James and his son would give me periodic updates on the progress. Turns out my roof was worse than we thought after we uncovered a few hidden issues, but James offered to repair it, without pressure, for a very fair price and high quality. Other issues he found along the way he didn't even charge me.

James was fixing a roof for a neighbour who had done his homework on locating a reliable trustworthy company. I was sceptical at first, being a pensioner, I asked if he was a con man (sorry James) when he commented my roof ridge was badly cracked. James did a video on site to show me the various problems, more than a cracked ridge. I wasn’t pressured at any time. I had a leaky GRP roof, with a large roof light creating a complex problem to solve. A number of roofers turned down the work due to the awkwardness of work needed.

James was happy to take the work, provided knowledgable suggestions and alternative options to solve our problem.

Returning from our holidays 15th August our local area was hit with a number of thunderstorms. The flat roof over our kitchen started to leak with water pouring out of the oven fan and the issue spreading across the whole kitchen. We looked for emergency roof repairs and came across Rushmore roofing. James was willing to come to our house at 18:00. Arrived on time, was polite and courteous. The work was carried out quickly and cleanly.

Called james to clear my parents gutters, turned out not to be a big job and didn’t charge us full money.
Helped us out with some other issue with roof and gutters, we will be having them back to fix them.

I have no hesitation in recommending James and Rushmoore Roofing.

I was unfortunately duped by a “rogue trader” who left my roof in an appallingly condition as they had used sub-standard materials and had left the roof in a terrible state. Sadly this only come to light when I called James in to look into a roof leak.

James was very professional in his approach and explained clearly what was needed to be done, but without any pressure.

The quote he gave was very reasonable and I am delighted with the results which was within the budget and the promised timescale.

I do not often give plaudits of this level but I cannot speak too highly of James and his team who were courteous, competent and keen to reassure throughout.

My only regret is that I did not find and use Rushmoore Roofing in the first place. More...
