Ruffles Dog Day Care

I cannot recommended Ruffles enough, we absolutely love it and most importantly so does our puppy! Milo joined at just 12 weeks old and from his first trial we received many updates and pictures, he is now 9 months and still goes there 5 days a week and we still receive updates throughout the day and lots of fun pictures with his friends! We have also tried the home boarding which was fantastic, it was like a home from home for Milo and he loved having a sleepover with his Ruffle family! We also use the grooming services at Ruffles, we were so nervous about Milo being groomed but he absolutely loves the pamper session and we get fantastic videos, he always comes out so soft and fluffy🥰 Today, Sharon came over to our house to support us with Milo’s training! She was caring, knowledgable and extremely helpful. Sharon came on a walk with us, and kindly guided us on what to work on next and has already shown so much! We love ruffles but most importantly our dog does too. All the staff at ruffles LOVE dogs and are so caring and make sure that your dog is not only safe and well cared for but having the absolute best time ever. We've also had some behavioural corrections sessions with Sharon that were so so so helpful. Our dog was struggling with attachment issues, recall and being around people as she was a covid puppy and not used to people in our house. Sharon came round for the afternoon and gave us the most incredible advice and taught us how to fix the behaviour and within a few weeks everything has been sorted out and we are all less stressed. With amazing aftercare and being able to ask advice if we were struggling I couldn't recommend the service more. We've also sent our dog for home boarding with Kendal (who we suspect is actually our dogs favourite person) a few times and she's had the best time. I'm always happy to leave my pup knowing she'll have the best day! They even throw them a little party on their birthdays which is the cutest thing ever More...

I was driving up to my dads from Kent and needed somewhere last minute to leave my little dog after reading ruffles reviews I felt confident leaving my baby there she was nervous was she had never been to a doggy day care but all the ladies at ruffles gave her lots of fuss and love it’s was great to be sent updates about how she was doing would 100 percent recommend would definitely use again I think she was nervous as it was her first time being in different place with so many dogs but I think next time she would come out her she’ll a bit more so would definitely use again, thank you so much xxx
