My 2 dogs had their first groom with Jenny this week and the service was outstanding. I have a goldendoodle that doesn’t like to be brushed so was very matted, she was very honest with what we could achieve and even though he had to be clipped very short he still looks amazing. It was also my Romanian rescues first ever groom and I was worried she would be anxious but Jenny was so calm and reassuring with her she was very happy and relaxed. Contacted Jenny a few weeks ago after my previous mobile groomer retired. Oh my gosh I’m so pleased I did! Absolute professionalism from first contact to her turning up on time today and groomed my two GSDs … they look great and both actually didn’t seem to be fazed at having someone else groom them … very highly recommended …

My grandma is thrilled with Brandy’s groom! She can’t believe how young he looks and says he is even walking quicker! My puppy was very nervous; quivering and not confident at all. The team listened to our needs and concerns, talked through the experience we have had and gave lots of time. Jenny was really fast at responding to our request and to make an appointment for Romeo to have a full groom. Romeo had been traumatised by a previous groomer, and Jenny was so caring and gentle with him, and really took her time to make him feel comfortable, safe and settled with her. Jenny listened to everything that we wanted and Romeo came back in styled exactly as we wanted him. Jenny is so professional, caring and friendly, and I really couldn't recommend her enough. Jenny replied to my request very quickly and was very helpful. We had a phone call and she was very informative and kind. My grooming appointment was made quickly, and is the best that my dog has ever received . Jenny listened to our struggles with previous groomers and how I wanted my shih tzu to look. She was super friendly, gentle and proffessional with him, and he came back in looking exactly as I wanted, and smelling amazing. Apart from the convenience of having someone come to the house it was an altogether more relaxing experience for our 8 year old Pom X. She has always just tolerated being groomed but she genuinely loved her time with Jenny, so much so, once she'd strutted out of the van to show us how beautiful she looked, she jumped straight back in again!
