Ordered in afternoon, given 2hr slot for the next day and driver turned up on time having given me a 15min message before to say on way. Really liked the way that if you over or underestimate on the amount of rubbish you are getting rid of, it doesn't matter as it is weighed in the van and you pay for the amount you are disposing. I'm very impressed with Rubbish Taxi as I only phoned yesterday for them to collect a very heavy double Tempur mattress, they came dead on time this morning and the guy came in as requested and managed to lift it mostly on his own. The prices are amazing for the service you get and the local Council only charge around a fiver less, but you have to wait ages for pick up sometimes, and they won't come into the property to help remove stuff. Thanks for a great service! Called on Monday and booked a 8-10am pickup for Tuesday. The Rubbish Taxi team arrived at 8am sharp and 5 minutes later had somehow magicked a bulky 3-seat sofa out of the living room, down the stairs and into the van. Good work!

Really excellent service. Nice & easy. Scheduled the pick-up at 4pm yesterday, they were here by 8am this morning. No complaints. Told them what needed taking down from the 4th floor, and within 20 minutes they were leaving with my rubbish. Price was reasonable. Saved us a bunch of time & effort trying to get rid of old furniture & Ikea packaging. I just wish others in our apartment block would use these guys rather than dumping all their old furniture in the communal bin store. Thanks guys! More...
