So glad I chose to use Rubbish Experts! They were so helpful at all stages of the process. I first chatted to someone online and they got back to me very fast offering advice for what service was the best to use. Then after calling to confirm some details I found that they did everything they could to make the service work for me. This included changing times around and an exclusive offer too which really helped me out. When the removal van came (just 1 hour after I called!!!), the two guys were super helpful and loaded up the van really fast with no problem! They were friendly and professional and according to the website recycle as much as 95% of the stuff they pick up, which is really important to me.I then got a call from the company to confirm that everything had gone well and check if I needed anything else. Overall in all stages of the process I was so impressed with the company's speed, friendliness and helpfulness. Absolutely fantastic service! Had a lot of rubbish following renovations and move into our new home. Gave Rubbish Experts a call at 11. 30am (on a Sunday) and they promised to have someone over by 4pm, all for a very reasonable price! They were a little later than promised but we were kept informed the entire time. The guys swept the floor and left everything clean and tidy as if there had been no rubbish at all!
