Total time waster. Had limited knowledge of the drop kerb process in Essex despite explaining on the website that they could help us through. 4 promises and six months later, no drop kerb completed. Constant excuses. Had to get a different company in to complete the works. They completed in 3 weeks from start of process to end. Very poor company to work with.
