Currently training for a 5k so he's going to help with my legs and back in the process. I never used to take part in sport I got my problem through work and heavy lifting so don't feel like he can only help if you have a sport injury! Have known Richard for about 12 months having been recommended by my doctor to have sports massage due to on-going issues with my neck, back and shoulders. The treatment I have received has proved most beneficial in that time and I now book a regular monthly session to maintain that progress. I have found him flexible as regards the timing of appointments and the cost as reasonable. He has recently moved premises and the current venue is more spacious than the previous venue with adequate parking available. I had suffered initially with plantar faciitis but walked badly to alleviate the horrendous pain I was in & so caused other problems to the soft tissue in my foot. Richard visited weekly at first for a couple of months & then less so as my foot became more comfortable & the knots in the soft tissue decreased. The deep tissue massage was very effective. I had my treatment at home as I could not get to Richard's treatment room; he brought a very comfortable massage couch with him & each therapy was about 1hr. My foot is fine now. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Richard again if myself or my family suffer any sprains or strains & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I think he may be able to help. Thank you Richard!
