I have to say, I would give this more than 5 stars. I contacted a number of cleaning services, VS group was the only one that came back to me, on the day, about 10 minutes after my request, at 9. 30pm. was not expecting and it made my life really easy. Viktor spoke on the phone with me to get (and give me) a clearer idea of the work that needed to be done, and the next day they were here. I am extremely pleased with the level of cleaning. I have 12 huge windows divided in tiny parts and they were not only amazing with the cleaning, but efficient. Also, really recommend for that hard limescale in the shower glass. Couldn’t have been more happier with the service that was provided, Viktor came round as soon as he could without any hesitation. Viktor and his team came to complete an end-of-tenancy deep clean for us, including a clean of the carpets in high-traffic areas, and the difference put my own cleaning to shame!
