R&R contractors

R looked at my badly leaking large garage roof, explained what materials would be used, gave me a verbal quote and start date. I also needed new guttering and UPVC facias. I was given a job tick box, written price quote/invoice/guarantee and I was asked for half the money up front. The guys worked hard removing all the old felt, wood boards etc putting it all on my lawn. On the second day the roof was finished. It does look very good.
Down side - when the roof was completed R said he was reminding me that he had told me it was my resposibility to remove all the rubbish as it was too expensive for him to take it away and he was not allowed at the local tip. I am partially deaf and did not hear him say this. I needed to call R back to resolve an issue with the guttering and to seal a corner in the felt which was open which he quickly did.

R was responsive to my requirements and very reassuring about the 10 year guarantee and to call him if/when necessary but it would be highly unlikely due to the quality of the work. More...

They looked at the job explained what needed doing to
the leaking roof and gave a price for job. They did the job that a previous builder had made a poor repair of.
R&R were efficient, on time, polite, explained what was going to happen and worked in a clean and professional manner.
