We had a very good experience working with Ideal Roofing. Originally, they were working on our neighbour's roof, so we had a real opportunity to see how well they worked, and the result of their workmanship. We knew we needed our whole roof replacing, and were impressed by what they did, and they provided us with a competitive quote. They provided a thorough, reliable service. Their workforce was considerate, hardworking, pleasant and always keen to help. Many original tiles were salvaged and reused in the relaying. All costs were carefully explained and agreed in advance. There were very few additional costs, which were mainly due to uncovering unseen areas of defective timbers. In fact, some costs were absorbed in the original quote. They were very thorough and left things clean and tidy when they finished work. Talked through what needed doing and got my son (also in the building trade) to check things out before proceeding and including anything different to the initial quote. .. All was discussed first... All the lads were friendly and courtious and I can t fault them in any way. My roof was in a very bad state and they have now made a thorough jab of replacing all the timber and tiles.
