Patrick and crew were very polite, attentive and considerate. I was worried as I had already paid someone else who supposedly fixed the leak but walked out with the pay and left my roof still leaking. So I called Patrick, the job was done promptly; and after the 2 latest storms I can say the leak is finally fixed! Would definitely recommend and call them again for other jobs. More...

We have just had Patrick and his team replace our garage roof that was leaking very badly.
When he came to give us the quote he was very knowledgeable and advised us on the best roofing to go for.
His team arrived on time on the day that was scheduled to do the job and just got on with the work. They were very polite and really tidy workers, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Brunel Home Improvements to any family or friends that needed work doing.

Cant recommend these guys highly enough, very impressed. Prompt communication, going out of their way to explain what needed doing, how and why. Went above and beyond, waiting for me to get home to discuss the work and check if I was happy and had any questions. They even drove to Wales to get tiles that matched better! Very open and honest throughout the whole process. As for prowess, a roofer from another firm (who was doing the gutters for us) commented multiple times on the proficiency and professionalism of the work. Nice one! More...
