Brennan and Dylan arrived on Monday as planned despite the extremely bad weather and road closures . They were polite, friendly and efficient and kept us informed all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Two lovely lads. All of the staff at Rotec Alarms are amazing. Mark came to assess my requirements and recommended the best solutions providing a demo of how the system operates. A week later my alarm system was installed by Brennan who was so professional and knowledgeable. He had to change where the keypad sat, chasing wires into the wall and left zero mess and did a very tidy job. Everything was set up and demonstrated so I could use the system straight away. The ladies in the back office are great, very quick to respond and all staff are really nice to deal with plus I was extremely happy with the price. 100% I would recommend using Rotec Alarms to protect your property. What do you love most about your job?
Every job is different. Every customer is a new friend. I particularly like customers with posh coffee machines and homemade cake :-)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm an electrician and used to work away constantly. 30 years ago somebody broke in to my house so I came home and fitted my first ever burglar alarm. I worked for many years as a one man band but now have 4 fantastic engineers running around in 4 vans and 2 wonderful ladies in the office who make everything run like clockwork. I love them all.
Why should our clients choose you?
Great service and friendly staff. If any of our engineers need to visit you are given a specific time, you are messaged when they are on their way and you can track them to your door.

We NEVER quote a job without seeing the property and discussing your needs. You are only going to do this once so we must get it right first time so that we can maintain it for many years to come.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We followed all government guidelines and are still being careful today.
