Rositsa was right on time on our outward bound transfer at an ungodly hour and got us to Gatwick comfortably. Our return flight was delayed twice and Rositsa had no complaints and we rendezvoused at the agreed point with no problems. Car was clean and spacious with enough room for our three large cases.
