How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It works through honesty and co-operation. Being non-judgemental and holding each other accountable for progress.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, achieving a goal whatever is maybe. Takes repeating positive actions until they become habit.
What do you love most about your job?
It would the uniqueness of my clients and their goals, I find it contently challenging.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be master of my ship, the captain of my journey. I wanted to do a job I love that way I'm at my best for my clients
Why should our clients choose you?
I'll always be honest and I'll try my best to help, and if by chance its sometime that is not in my wheel house, I'll try to help find someone who can help. My first priority is always my client's welfare
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I prefer an in person session to online. I usually only do online with those client who are away for business and still want to train. There are always exception.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I instruct from a safe distance, sanitise all equipment being used and wear a make if asked by client.

Then together we start the journey in making them a reality.
