Rose n Thyme did all of our wedding flowers this weekend. All bouquets, displays, buttonholes and corsages were absolutely stunning and they were exactly what I wanted! Used this florist a couple of times(hyndland store) and have never been disappointed. There was a misunderstanding over the phone regarding my order(entirely my fault) and when I went to pick it up they fixed it instantly without me even having to ask. Ordered a beautiful bouquet as a surprise. Even in awful snow, the shop got the arrangement ready and it was absolutely stunning. I had to chop and change collection times with them and they were happy to do this. They even put a card in for me, when mine couldn't get to Scotland in the post, to make the surprise announcement. What can I say....by far the best florist I've ever used!!! I ordered 3 bouquets from here for my grans 95th birthday from separate family members! I asked for specific flowers & colours & this was not a problem, the staff went above & beyond to help get them perfect!! Staff were extremely friendly & pleasant! I was running late to pick them up & knew the shop closed at 5 so I called them & the gentleman told me he would deliver them personally to my house to help me out...I thought that was such a lovely gesture & certainly saved me the hassle! 3 weeks on & grans beautiful flowers are still as fresh as ever!
