Planning permission
We will act as your agent and produce all drawings and information required and submit on your behalf.
We'll liaise with the planning department until their decision is finalised.
Design
Using your initial brief and taking on board the information you provide and by listening to what you require, we will produce initial designs to allow us to prepare designs so we can all discuss the proposals and get to a design that fits what you need.
Building warrant
This is the set of drawings that the council will approve that allows you to start your build on site. As your agent, we liaise with the Building Standards surveyor up to the point where the building warrant is granted.
