Replaced the roof and pointed chimney after the work was completed and their sub contractors had left we cleaned the floor and 4 month old panels we found them to have a chip in we reported this to them and this whent on for 3 months with no response they even ignored their own Federation request only after Trading Standards were involved did a reply come denying all knowledge of the damage and basically calling us liars about the time this damage was done . We would never recommend this company especially if working on property were fences etc. were in excellent condition. More...

Roofproof have just finished repairing my roof,they've done a fantastic job,my roof is old and so many problems but no worries for these great guys, Simon,Thomas,Dennis and Terrance,they repointed the chimney, repointed ridge tiles,did various other things replacing tiles it looks like a new roof,very happy they were lovely friendly guys,very professional,with a 10year guarantee, I will be recommending them to all my friends,excellent company

Had a leak causing damage to my ceiling, and turned out to be a very challenging and time consuming exercise to pinpoint the source. The property is old with a box gutter which for reasons that baffle me..drain internally. Two other roofing companies came and went, charging to fix defects along the way which they were confident were the source of the problem..and issue persisted. Finally, RoofProof came to diagnose the problem, quoted a fair price to fibreglass and seal valleys, plus resurface the box gutter (two other companies claimed the box gutter looked fine) - whatever was done did the trick. RoofProof arrived when they said they would, charged as per estimate and ultimately fixed the problem. I no longer have to dread the sound of rain and the potential damage which follows. Turned up to look at job very quick, discovered another problem while fixing my leak, all sorted for a reasonable price with a 10 year guarantee, reassured the problem is now sorted and told only a phone call away if I need them for anything

Quick response and got straight to work on a leak in the extension.
Following the class repairs by Terrance and his team, and some sound advice about some other stuff we had them do our facia’s, soffit’s and guttering and re-sealing our damp proofing plus a few more repairs on the chimney and ridge tiles.

Terence and his crew did a good job on y garage roof. They came and quoted a price, delivered what they promised and in quick time too. The roof was leaking and had asbestos in it. It was replaced and all the rubbish taken away as well.Terence also noticed a few problems on the roof of my house as well. I got them fixed as well. I was impressed by the whole team. The work done was excellent. Workmen arrived on time and worked really well to finish on time . The men were courteous throughout the job and left everything clean and tidy even sweeping the footpath before leaving. We highly recommend this company.
