We had Danny & James turn up promptly as promised and then they slogged away cleaning the thick layer of moss etc off all areas of our roof. This company did two jobs for me. One was ok but the other was simply not done to a good standandard and there was debris on my neighbours property. They came around again to rectify this but did not clean the roof of my garage adjacent the property. We got in touch with RoofMate after moving to a property that had a roof and garage covered in moss. From the first phone call we found them very polite, knowledgable and helpful. On the day of the job, the lads turned up on time and worked flat out all day. They were all very polite and friendly. I can’t describe how much moss and dirt came off the roof but the team continually tidied as they did the job and left the area looking spotless. The end result on the roof left us speechless - it looked like a completely new roof. Some repair work needed doing to the roof which was identified on the day of the job and Mike and Miles fitted us in at short notice the same weekend and did the job, again to a very good standard. Mark was on the ball with the quote and answered all of my 101 questions. Jake and Danny arrived on time and did the most amazing job, they are great guys with the best service! It has to be the satisfying results! What inspired you to start your own business?
We started out solely just roofing and repairs, we were surprised to see how many people were wanting their roofs cleaned but unfortunately the only "roof cleaners" out then weren't experienced roofers at all! We decided to set up our reputable roofing company that would also specialise in the cleaning and treatment of roofs so that our customers can have peace of mind that they have proper roofing experts with the relevant know-how that they can trust to clean and transform their roofs.
