Our roof suffered badly as the result of the recent storms (Jan 24) - we had showers INSIDE the roof! We were dreading seeking out a roofer; After looking at lots of trade sites and making many calls, we received lots of promises to 'come and have a look'. One who stood out however and who came out promptly as he said he would, was John from ROOFLINE ROOFING SOLUTIONS LTD. After a survey inside and out, he gave an honest opinion about our roof and backed this up using pictures taken at the time.
After deciding to go with ROOFLINE ROOFING SOLUTIONS LTD, John was able to give a swift start date and did not require any money up front ('for materials guv' as the saying goes). We agreed he should initially remove tiles down to the 'first metre and chimney' and review the job as it went; The damage was worse than we hoped however and again John was able to back up his observations and recommendations with additional pictures (outside) and showing us the internal condition. He offered us options with no pressure on how to proceed; I decided that the 70-year-old roof should be replaced down to the rafters. After a lot of initial wariness of engaging a roofer (you hear so many Horror Stories) we were greatly assured as the days went by and the guys (we had 7 on the roof for a couple of days) swiftly and expertly carried out the work. The job was completed to a high standard using a skilled workforce and top-quality materials.
We were so impressed that without any prompting, we asked ROOFLINE ROOFING SOLUTIONS LTD to carry out additional work whilst the scaffolding was up (soffits, facia-boards and rainwater system) and further, to also replace the roof on our annex. All the work carried out was to the estimates provided and came complete with a guarantee. No money was requested by ROOFLINE ROOFING SOLUTIONS LTD until AFTER all the work was completed, quality-checked and we ourselves had confirmed we were satisfied with the work carried out.

Jonathan was one of the few we spoke to - to assess the damage to our roof following recent stormy weather. Unlike some of the other folks we spoke to, Jonathan was quick to point out that repair is not a worthy investment in the long run due to the state of the roof in general (1900’s). He also explained that the value of the property will be impacted significantly. Initially, we hired Roofline Roofing Solutions for a small repair job on the main and oldest part of our extended house's roof. After inspection Jonathan identified several problems, some with the chimney, and we ended up changing the entire roof including new PVC fascia and soffits, and gutters. We are very pleased with the result and we already noticed a difference with our heating and house temperature. We had several leaks in our loft for some time that was starting to come true our sealing we had few other roofing companys attend for an inspection and could not diagnose the problem they done small repair but to no avail then roofline roofing solutions visited us and insistently recognised the problem it was the under lining sarking that was concealed by the roof installation it was awfully wetherd to the point it was causing damage to our home jonathan is a specialist in this feild and quickly acted on our behalf whit the best solution for the repairs was to change the roof as all the old sarking felt and battens was decayed and deteriorated we got and excellent job done whit our roof at compatible price we are over the moon roofline visited us and sorted this mess once and for all looks phenomenal would highly recommend roofline roofing solutions many thanks
