Bay roof had been leaking on and off for a while but the snowfall earlier in the year exasperated the problem. Miles came over promptly and offered a range of solutions. I selected the fiberglass roof option. Also got new rendering done as well as new UPVC fascias & soffits.These guys are very busy because they are good at their job so I had to wait a couple of months for the job to be completed however Miles was kind enough to offer a free temporary fix for the leaking bay roof whilst waiting for the permanent solution.I am very happy with Roofing Solutions and would not hesitate to recommend them to family/friends. Impressed with the work that has been done. New valley gutter in fibreglass which had historic problems. They sent someone to temporarily stop the leak which was coming through to the kitchen then came back a couple of months later when the weather was better and did a fine job.

Absolutely brilliant service. Roofing Solutions have been great from the very beginning. We had some flash flooding in the area and ended up with rain coming down through the walls so needed a really urgent fix. Miles came out really quickly, sent us a thorough quote by the next day and booked us in in good time. On site they have been the dream. Not a single disturbance (other than obvious roof repair noises), they parked every day so that nobody was inconvenienced and never blocked our drive. All of the guys were super polite and there was no mess leftover. Never complained when the job became a bit more complex than they anticipated on our old Victorian House.They were fairly priced in comparison to two other quotes.Can’t recommend them enough and the roof looks absolutely brilliant. The work was to fix an occasional leak in the roof of the master bedroom. Quickly the leak was traced to poorly installed roofing materials around the valley between sloping front window area and roof. Work was completed over a few days which required scaffolding. Miles was one of the last minute reasons our house purchase didn’t fall through. The agents had kept us in the dark about anticipated timelines and we needed a roofer to inspect the roof with less than one week’s notice. No other roofers could fit us in, and neither could they, but the seller explained our situation and they somehow worked their shedule to fit us in. Despite the sudden rush, the report was thorough and comprehensive, and we received in the same day! Which was a great relief. They were in reliable communication the whole time which was highly reassuring in our situation. The charge was extremely reasonable, so much so that we threw in a bit extra. We kept our house AND we got £2k off the asking price thanks to the breakdown of the report. We are extremely grateful to Miles and we will be using them for the work itself. Very kind, friendly efficient company.Very polite on the phone and honest.It cost more than they estimated over the phone but that was because once the man arrived and got up there he noticed a second tile needed repointing. (and Miles did say they wouldnt know the exact price till they came but because the weather changed to very windy and wet last week I later rang and said I would have them anyway without their coming first to quote) They also fixed a gutter on the garage and fixed and repositioned 2 tiles on the garage which is why it was twice the estimate over the phone (without seeing it) They were extremely kind and also cleared a gutter free and removed 12 tennis balls and a bat which my son had thrown up there. We had forgotten about the garage roof but asked them whilst they were doing the house roof .I said they could add it to our bill and he very cheerfully did the garage repairs too.I am going to recommend them to my sister and others.Thank you ever so much Miles!.
