Prompt, punctual, polite. Gave clear explanations of all work done, with photos. Tidied up well. Prices reasonable, and clearly stated in advance.

There was a team of 3 and they were quick, efficient and tidy. Friendly and informative, explained what they were going to do and why. Whilst one of team worked on clearing the gutters the other 2 team members worked on replacing/ resealing the roof and ridge tiles. Felting on flat roof had lifted and the capping had detached in the strong winds. Boards were exposed so needed it repairing urgently before more damage from the weather. They came within 40 mins and had the job completed within two hours. In addition they fixed a gutter that had come apart and leaking which I had not noticed and another part of the flat roof felting was coming away from the wall. They put a lead cap over that and also stuck down a cover piece that had lifted. Very professional and excellent workmanship. The team came out in 2 days after being in touch. We've just purchased a property and they were able to give a good inspection of the roof and chimney stacks, providing recommendations.

They were very good friendly a d price very good

A storm had taken off 2 ridge tiles. One of which had gone through my next door neighbours flat roof felt. Roofing and property maintenance came the same morning. Looked at the job and also found 5 cracked tiles and that the ridge tiles were loose. They repointed the ridge tiles and replaced the cracked roof tiles. They also sorted the hole in my next door neighbours flat roof. 5 hours after accessing the damage these guys had it all sorted! Even on a Friday! Would 100% recommend. More...
