The men were very hard working, efficient and friendly. They always arrived when they said they would, and told me when they would not be arriving due to the weather. They always made sure that the roof was watertight before they left each evening in case of rain. They swept up at the end of each day. Called this company out last week to my leaking roof, they popped round the same day in the evening after a days works somewhere else. Professionally showed me pictures they had taken of the problem and explained what repairs was needed, worked carried the following week and they have solved the problem as this terrible weather has not bothered my house. Thankyou as a single woman im glad i managed to find a trustworthy roofer, as other companies tried to convince me i need a full roof re-doing costing thousands. Would certainly recommend. After spending over 25 years in the building trade before moving on to a different field I know it can be a minefield when trying to find a company who does a good job at a an affordable price. I had to leave an outstanding review for Keith and the lads its the least I could do. I hired them to re-roof my mid-terraced house with breathable felt, which was done to a high standard with a nice tidy finish and they kept the site clean at all times. I then having been impressed with the work got them to re-roof my garage roof at another property I own in firestone rubber cover (great stuff). He impressed me further by issuing me with pictures of work they had done step by step. If anyone is looking for honesty, affordable and great work deffo hire these guys. Couldn't ask for anymore. Roof Craft came to inspect my damp and cold property for free, and at the exact time in which we agreed. They identified that the roof had no felt on the roof, as the older generations used to back point the slates with sand and cement. Keith and his friendly team worked extremely hard and completed the job to schedule. Roof Craft have recently finished a re-roof on my home due to the property not having any felt on the roof and a lot of slates perished my house was cold and damp.
