Placed order for mini roller door with 8 weeks delivery it was here in 5 weeks. With the sizes i gave 2mtr x 2mtr approx it fitted perfectly looks good and works well and i am delighted. I fitted the door myself with ease about 3 hours (easy job for a novice diy) only needed an extra pair of hands to lift door over barrel. Hardest part was getting rid of old door. Very good experience. I decided to measure and fit my own door and it all went pretty well. Delivery was within a couple of weeks - everything was there and properly packed up.
I had a couple of queries about the order which were answered promptly.
A couple of constructive criticisms. The self-fit instructions (which I had to ask for) are pretty minimal. I'm a hard-core DIY'er but still had to have a dig around on Youtube to figure some things out. Having said that, I'm sure Rollerdoors would have been helpful if I'd asked.
My door is nearly 5m wide and getting the curtain over was difficult. We needed 4 people in the end. It's heavy and awkward. I notice some other companies are quite explicit about the weight and the number of people you should line up.

Excellent service I was recommended this company. I rang and the next day the South Wales fitter Julian came out to measure up. He spent time with us discussing our options nothing was to much trouble. He came back with a price which was agreed. Fitting was carried out quickly and without us having to do anything. Booked a site survey to ensure my measurements were correct for two garage doors and they gave me a two hour slot on a Wednesday from 10 til 12. Re-sheduled another appointment to fit in with this and waited in all morning but nobody came to do the survey and no phone call either. Called them at 12:15 on that day and nobody answered so left a message on their answerphone to call me. Nobody called me so I decided they were totally unreliable and glad I had not ordered the doors using my own measurements as I have no confidence I would have received them based on my experiences with them.
