Hi, I called Jerome in an emergency around 9pm at night. My 86 year old mother who lives alone was without power. Jerome couldn’t have helped anymore he arrived at the job within an hour and managed to get some power back on so my mother could have heating and lighting, he even made her a cup of tea before leaving making sure she was ok. Jerome then attended the next day to find the source of the problem, This was followed up by a fuseboard change, which all went smoothly. I honestly think Jerome could have been out of there within a few hours but the amount of time he was willing to just have a chat with my mother was amazing.
