Debbie picked me up for a drive across South Wales and was great to chat to, and she then went above and beyond to help me out when - for reasons too complicated to go into here - I found my rental car locked in a field. I rarely leave reviews but this taxi company were just incredible from start to finish. I travel from London to St David's annually for work and was picked up by David the most pleasant, professional and helpful taxi driver. A last minute change and a need for an early pickup the following morning was sorted by Debra who called me personally that evening after having left a message at the hotel where I was staying due to my work confusing two taxi firms. Debra went out of her way to ensure that I had the required taxi at 5.30am to take me to Haverfordwest, despite no invoice from my work, so goodwill and trust factored here very much. Debra assured me not to worry the taxi would be there to collect me and that payment could be sorted at a later date. Again I was picked up by another lovely driver Awias who was equally as helpful and pleasant as David. I had the most and possibly the best taxi experience ever this morning when the lady from rocky taxis picked me up to take me to Haverfordwest west station. She was early for pick up, we had a very enjoyable chat on the journey and if I lived in the area I would definitely not use anyone else. Rockys Taxis rearranged their schedule on a busy bank holiday to take my daughter to her accommodation after she arrived unexpectedly late in the dark at Haverfordwest station due to train delays on a long journey. We were picked up from Haverfordwest airstrip and taken to Tresaith at short notice. Our driver was absolutely lovely. She was personable, helpful and friendly, and we spent most of the journey laughing. We enjoyed the time with her in the cab, and have no hesitation in recommending Rockys.
