I have worked as a professional illustrator, fulfilling briefs for a wide array of clientele. I also worked for 10 years in the catering industry, and what an eye opening experience that was.

This has given me the motivation and skills to make eye-catching, one-off creations. It also allows me to deliver an amazing boutique experience, treating you as special as I treat my baked creations.

I’m genuinely passionate about cakes and that passion is the driving force for creating the Rock’N’Roll Baker. My mission, to create the most delicious, the most unique, great tasting and stylish cakes you could possibly wish for.

All of my cakes are made completely from scratch and with only the highest quality, locally sourced (when possible) ingredients. I take pride in making cakes that are known for their fantastic flavour, texture and their distinctive style.
