I went there by a recommendation from a friend whose laptop was also broken before and repaired there. The people there are very nice and explaining everything patiently, however i took back my laptop because it's been one week and i haven't got my laptop diagnosed. They said it's because my laptop has unique issues and need to be diagnosed deeper, but i have to wait for my turn because lots of people registered before me have weird issues as well in their laptop So i give them 4 stars because of the nice hospitality and they repaired my friend's laptop nicely. Lovely friendly staff who are my go-to whenever I am panicing over an IT related problem - whether it is finding my dissertation on a crashed computer and restoring the harddrive, or dealing with a cracked screen on my mobile - these guys are genuinely really friendly, super helpful and quick to fix your problems. Dropped 2 items in for repair PS4 and an iPod classic within 24 hrs the first item is back home and running like a dream, many thanks Mark. iphone 6 battery replacement completed with no problems whatsoever, dropped it off and went to pick it up and hour later but the phone wasn't ready because they were not happy with it, 10 more minutes and the battery was changed along with a little extra work that i wasn't charged for. Top service and very good price.

Very impressed. I took my MacBook Pro in with a loud rattly fan. They arranged to call me when they had a free slot to look at it, so that I could keep my laptop for as long as possible (I need it for work). Great quality service for a very fair price!Brought in my external hard drive which crapped out on me. They let me know everything as it happened, I could check the progress of the job online on their website, and they got my drive up and running again and rescued all my data. These guys are top class. Needed a quick turnaround for the damaged jack on my laptop and after a brief telephone consultation, I went to see them in store. They diagnosed what the issue was immediately and I had my laptop back within two days (it probably would have been sooner if there were parts available!).During this time I was advised of the cost and kept in contact with so I could monitor the progress.Not only are they prompt and professional but cost-effective and also offered some excellent, impartial advice on the laptop, the charger and any future issues.Would have no hesitation using these guys again, likewise recommending them to others. So amazing - Apple quoted me £500 for water damage repairs, wanting to replace loads of parts. Rocket Repairs fixed the water damage for £150, without replacing any parts - just by cleaning it up and fixing the damage. Better for the wallet AND the environment! My Son is over the moon with his NEW Tower build train simulator made by Rocket Repairs and we will give Rocket Repair full ten stars from five stars! (That's right! an extra five stars on top of their five stars). The staff in your shop went above and beyond to fix the one issue raised and corrected it well before their estimated quoted time. This order was not the normal Rocket Repair of phones or laptops, but an unusual out of the blue request to build a gaming tower for a Southern Train simulator. This was sorted by a mere few emails to Sean ( boss) and relayed to his fantastic shop staff members. There was no walls to break down only professional help from a well oiled team. Ten stars from me of a maximum of five Stars. All we can say to Rocket Repairs is thank you, thank you again. Rocket repairs is absolutely fantastic ! Apple gave me a quote of £1300 for replacement of my MacBook parts, I'm guessing they didn't even give it a proper assessment for its liquid damage. I brought it to RR as a last resort, just wanting to maybe salvage my data, and they just did a thorough cleaning, which magically brought my Mac back to life! the process was also very well documented as well. 11/10 would recommend to try them before even thinking of going to apple "geniuses" More...

Highly recommend the team at Rocket. My Mac simply would not finish it's starting process - I knew i'd been a little lapse with filling up it's memory! Called them, dropped off (handy parking right outside, free 10 mins!) and in less than a week I have my Mac back with extra memory.

Brilliant repair/rejuvenation of my iMac in a couple of days. From the beach ball of doom to the whizziest hard drive and for so little £ in comparison to a new iMac! My Mac started playing up. They were very helpful on the phone, and gave me confidence that they could effect a quick repair. I took my Mac in and for a reasonable fee, they started work on it almost immediately. I was able to track progress on line. They phoned me as soon as they had diagnosed the problem (failing hard drive) to inform me of the options and costs. I took their advice and opted for an upgraded hard-drive (solid state) and as soon as they got the part in, they fixed it and transferred all my data from the old drive to the new. These guys are really quick and reliable. I had a fault on my SSD and I was concerned that initializing a Windows reset would have lost part or all of my data had it completed it, but these guys managed to back up all of my data which was really important for my work. They have also helped out family members with similar situations, so I know they are really reliable.

If you're having problems with your laptop and you need to get it sorted, make sure you go to Rocket Repairs first before just taking it back to the manufacturer and potentially losing all your stuff! More...
