Why should our clients choose you?
I have several years of experience in massage, I am also a master of physiotherapy (studies completed in Poland), which gives me much more experience and knowledge than other therapists can get. I am motivated and I try to make my clients fully satisfied with my services.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Unfortunately no. Massage is a type of service with close contact.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I completed specialist training for therapists. All my equipment is regularly cleaned and disinfected before and after each massage. Before starting the massage, each of my clients fills out a pre-treatment form for COVID-19.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia.
It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health - creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a neuromuscular therapy designed to speed up recovery from injury, correct muscular imbalances and relieve pain. Your therapist will stretch the muscle and then apply pressure to areas of muscle tightness or 'knots'. This helps to relive muscle tension and promote healing.
