Simply helping people feel their best, get back to pain free living & understand their body more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own injuries suffered as an athlete and coach & witnessing how beneficial massage is both physically and mentally.

I'll walk a mile in the shoes of my clients in terms of what they've been through and are going through; the challenges faced with rehab; physical and mental stresses of life; the impact of injury.

I do home visits. During lockdown i did online consultations giving the client an idea of what's going on, where the issue stemmed from and how to manage it, with self-care methods.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When necessary i wore appropriate PPE, sanitised and cleaned my table between clients. Tested weekly.
