What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients' faces relax and their shoulders drop when they first change how they see themselves because this is always the first stepping stone to creating the bigger changes they seek.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first career was in broadcast TV - I worked at the BBC, Channel 4 and the Discovery Channel - where I always had an interest in people and strengths as a way to stimulate personal excellence. I have always been excited about cultivating the best in others so when I decided I wanted to work independently for myself, coaching was the obvious option.

Yes, coaching is especially well suited to online. I have worked remotely (using Zoom) for many years with clients in the UK and internationally. London based clients have the option to meet online or in person, and I am available for travel throughout the UK.
