My name is Rob Cooper. I am a Life Coach and Stress Therapist.

My primary aim is to help people achieve their full potential and reduce the effect of stress in their lives.

Before 2017, I considered myself lucky in life, with no particular hurdles to overcome, good health and I had also achieved much of what I wanted.

The best thing about my job is the variety of ways in which I help people. It can be helping a sporting competitor calm their nerves, boosting the decisiveness of an entrepreneur or the confidence of a teacher. It is a genuine pleasure to help people out of their situation and move closer to what they want to achieve.

My business allowed an emotional freedom. To work to the higher standards that I wanted to achieve and make a difference to peoples lives - not just collect a pay check.

I'd like to think my clients work with me because they can relate to me and my difficulties with life. Finding motivation, satisfaction and meaning isn't easy for a lot of people. Admitting that to yourself and then others can be difficult.

I know what it is like to feel pressured and stressed. To sleep badly, or not at all. To look around and see that everyone else seems so calm and in control. It can be pretty overwhelming.

It will hopefully be my approach, which is simple and direct. If something needs to be said, it gets said! Our time is valuable and is about getting to the goal, whatever that may be. We must make things happen in life and congratulate ourselves along the way too.

My services are available either online or face to face.

In the modern world effected by Covid 19, it is more common to use online sessions. It is also cost effective and flexible too.

If people are not confident with computers, I can help them with the technical side.

This mainly relates to avoidance of face to face sessions. Online sessions are risk free, as far as Covid 19 is concerned.

With regard to face to face sessions, these are generally held in a Therapy Clinic in Colchester or at a business address for perhaps a group meeting.

We may uncover potential biases and cover new skills to improve your patterns of thought.
