What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
As an ameture photographer I am constantly learning and trying to improve my images, however I have learnt one secret is having good lighting if you have a good light source and minimal shadows then your half way there!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I might ask my client, what type of photography is required this is obviously very important, if they can tell me specifically what they want that is very helpful. I also ask for any examples they may have of the effect they are after. I would also ask my client for there contact details, date and time and ensure that the booking is confirmed. Depending on the type of photography I will ask more detailed questions.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the freedom and I love doing what I love to do !
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was working my 9-5 job I realised that this was not for me and i wasn't destined to do that. I knew I had a passion for photography and I seized the chance to continue with this passion after leaving my job.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I am true to myself and I am true to my clients I am not like other photographers who would call themselves a 'pro' just because they have an expensive camera and all the equipment. I call myself an 'Ameture photographer' because I haven't had years and years of experience however I do know a thing or two on how to get the best from my images and the clients, and my price reflects this.
