I had storm damage to my roof with tiles broken and some dislodged. R M Queen responded by text in under an hour. Visited my house and had the roof water tight in under two hours.
Have arranged for Robert to come back and replace and stabilise my roof tiles.
Very quick response and full explanation of work completed and of work still to be done.
Highly recommend R m queen for roof repairs.

After storm damage to my roof Robert attended the same day and assessed the damage and advised of the best solution for repair. Robert was courteous and polite at all times and supplied a competitive price. Robert and his team arrived on time on the day arranged and carried out a thoroughly professional job installing a dry ridge roof system and replacing tiles as required and tidied up completely when they were finished. Robert was totally professional in every way, he phoned within 30 mins of me using Bark, he said he would come and look at my Mum's guttering within 1 hour, which he did, he was polite to my mum and asked her what she wanted and even said she didn't need the pipes replaced, so it was just the guttering front and back, he arrived to fit them within 1 week and stuck to his word, he took all the old guttering away as well, I would recommend him to anybody, brilliant guy

Original enquiry was for to replacement faded guttering and down pipes but Mr Queen came out promptly and ‘surveyed’ the existing guttering and said as we did not have any leaks the guttering was sound and did not require replacing … as it had never been painted (PVC) and been on the property since built in 1995 was sound and the fascia was good.
His recommendation was to undercoat all guttering and down pipes and then ‘gloss’ paint and also to paint the wood facia. There was also ,a little joinery work needed on the wooden facia which he advised his joiner would fix and this was all included in the quote. They were here Mr Queen and his two workmen for two days and worked tirelessly, professionally and courteously, respected our property. It was a pleasure to have this professional firm on our property. Highly recommend as Mr Queen gave an honest appraisal at the outset as we were convinced the whole job was bigger and costlier than we set aside funds for.
No hesitation in recommending and would and will contact again if and when we have any other works required.
