What do you love most about your job?
Helping elderly clients in particular to sort their affairs out so that they have systems in place in case they suffer a loss of capacity. I also find it satisfying to help bereaved people through a difficult time and make sure the estate of their relative or friend is administered properly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It is not my business, I am a head of department within the company.
