Whilst most personal trainers will help in areas of weight/ fat loss, strength or muscle gain/ toning, i pride myself i have experienced all. I find knowledge based on experience alongside the gain knowledge and certification for nutritionist as well, i am well placed to provide the balanced nutrition and programming to reach your results.

Q&As

Each plan whether workout or nutrition is tailored to the clients goals. I also take into account there current knowledge or ability, working and home lifestyle and understanding their mindset. However, it is always required that the clients are accountable for their own actions with all the guidance and support needed :)

Consistency, mindset and the understanding that reaching the body goals is not a sprint, it takes time.

The satisfaction i get from making a client proud of the work they have put in and with the result they feel in themselves or see in the mirror.

My interest in fitness started, for me, when I was a teenager. I suffered with my weight and my confidence, so naturally I started going to the gym. At times, I lacked motivation and it was that little person on my shoulder pushing me past those voices in my head telling me to stop because it was too hard. Slowly I started to see results. Seeing and feeling the changes in my body is what kept me going and I ended up losing 5 stone.

In 2016, I was in good shape but wanted to take part in a charity event, a 12 hour 100km row in March 2017. I enlisted the help of a personal trainer to help me take my training to the next level. Although I had to make the effort and stick to the plan, having that trainer with you to correct your form, ensure your safety, get your body to a stage where, previously, I thought would be impossible really helped me. I completed my 100km row in the 12 hours and that was purely down to my personal trainer.

This is what inspired me to become a personal trainer myself.

My philosophy is to work towards enhancing the well-being of my clients, whether this is lack of confidence in the body, the urge to get quicker, stronger, leaner, and firmer or just generally want to feel healthier in yourself. For whatever reason, the knowledge, skills, support and resources I can offer as a Personal Trainer can help guide you on your fitness journey.

All services are provided online via mobile app. Once a client is happen to go down the route of online personal training, they will then be set up via my app.
