I've just had a session with Chris. It was great. I've learnt a lot in just 1 session. My stance posture. How to squat right. And to focus on multiple aspects at once during. So thank you very much! We used the bar and kettle bells too. He has been very good at breaking down each bit so I understand as I have never done lifting in my life. Thank you very much again! More...

Did the deadlift workshop with Chris on Thursday evening as a refresher course. Can't reccommend him enough. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, but most of all fun.

I did my 1st class tonight with Chris, he has taken time to read up on my condition and so the class wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, and I really had a lot of fun doing it!

Thank you Chris for my first class. I was very nervous, but you put me at ease. I have a couple of issues with an elbow and my arch in my foot. But you worked round them and I didn't feel pushed. But boy do i feel it today See you next week xx More...

Taking part in Chris's squat workshop was invaluable to me- my technique was not correct so he has given me lots of advise and exercises to practise, to help get me squatting correctly and safely. I will look forward to taking part in future workshops with Chris. More...

Chris has a deep knowledge of anything to do with fitness and lifting weights. I have been training with him for about 4 months now and have seen my strength and general wellbeing greatly increased in this time. Chris is a brilliant personal trainer, I have been training with him for just over 4 months now. He is very professional, friendly and polite. He always pushes me to do a bit extra each session, whereas I probably wouldn’t push myself as much! Started pt with Chris and really enjoying it. No shying away from training though. He keeps you on your toes and works you to your capability. Recommend his personal training. I would imagine that I am like most people who have never considered hiring a personal trainer. Chris had just managed to sweep me for a couple of taster sessions after him suggesting that it may be worth my while. I didn't need to make it to the second session before I realised that I had so much to learn, and just how valuable these sessions would be for me. I would (and I often do) recommend Chris to anyone. Anyone who has at least an abstract interest in staying remotely healthy. I'd say that is most people. Experienced or not, give him a try. If you're new to the gym, I would sincerely advise you start off on the right foot and go with an expert - you have nothing to lose. If you're experienced, I'd still advise you get a personal trainer, because I can fully guaruntee you have been picking up bad habits along the way. Been working with Chris for about a month or so now, And OMG I wish I had found him years ago, I could never squat because it caused lower back pain. Chris fixed this in about 10 mins from a few video clips I sent him. The guy is worth his weight in gold (alot �) currently working on technique and strength. I booked chris on a fabulous offer he put on and I’ve had chris for a few weeks now, he is great at what he does and knows what he is talking about.
