A calorie deficit plan is monitored and updated each month with monthly check and weigh ins. This is aimed at achieving your goals in a more efficient way combining both exercise with nutrition on a daily basis, knowing how many calories to eat, what kind of healthy foods and fats to consume to achieve optimum muscle growth from your exercise and training plan.

Exercise programs
An out of hours program is designed for you to complete in the gym at times we are not training together. It is a structurally based exercise program designed specifically toward your goals. You should be carrying out these exercises/ exercising specific muscle groups, on specified times /days in the week to achieve maximum results.
